About Fyndr

Fyndr is a request based service platform built by Rheel Technology Limited.
The platform connects people who need services with verified service providers using a simple model:

Request → Connect → Deal

Fyndr is launching in Abuja and will initially focus on three service categories:
• Real Estate
• Cleaning
• Home Maintenance

We are building a small launch team to support the early growth of the platform.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will support the day to day operations of the platform and execute instructions from the Business Development Manager.

The Business Development Manager acts as the Product Owner for Fyndr, while the Operations Manager ensures that operational activities are carried out effectively.

This role involves coordination, field work, provider onboarding, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute operational plans defined by the Business Development Manager
• Coordinate service provider onboarding and verification
• Conduct field outreach when required
• Track provider applications and onboarding progress
• Assist with partnerships and operational activities across Abuja
• Maintain operational records and performance reports
• Support platform growth activities

Monthly salary

Performance bonuses: TBD

Strong performance can significantly increase total earnings.

Additional Requirement

This role requires you to have a reliable personal laptop for daily work.
Rheel Tech will not provide a work device. A monthly device support stipend will be provided to support usage.
