About Fyndr
Fyndr is a request based service platform built by Rheel Technology Limited.
The platform connects people who need services with verified service providers using a simple model:
Request → Connect → Deal
The platform is launching in Abuja and we are building a small team to support early users and service providers.
What You Will Do
• Assist users and service providers during onboarding
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Help verify provider applications and documentation
• Monitor requests submitted on the platform
• Escalate technical or operational issues to the relevant team
