Salary: ₦300,000 per month + KPI based bonuses

Fyndr is a request based service platform built by Rheel Technology Limited.
The platform connects people who need services with verified service providers using a simple model:
Request → Connect → Deal
Fyndr is launching in Abuja and will initially focus on three service categories:
• Real Estate
• Cleaning
• Home Maintenance
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can build and grow the platform from the ground up.
This role is for someone who likes solving problems, building teams, and executing quickly.
What You Will Do
Your first responsibility will be to build the launch team.
You will recruit and interview a small team that will help onboard service providers and grow the platform across Abuja.
You will also lead the early growth of the marketplace.
Key responsibilities
• Manage the Fyndr launch team
• Onboard service providers across Abuja
• Build partnerships with businesses and service professionals
• Drive early adoption of the platform
• Track marketplace activity and growth metrics
• Provide weekly performance reports

Compensation
Monthly salary
₦300,000
Performance bonuses: TBD
Strong performance can significantly increase total earnings.
After 12 months of successful performance, the Business Development Manager may qualify for a profit share or leadership position within the platform.
